What In Yarnation! wants our customers to receive the best products available and enjoy the purchases made through our store.

SHIPPING: It usually takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed and your payment to clear for it to be processed, packed and ready for shipping. Your order will usually be shipped via USPS using Priority mail. We can provide you with tracking information, but insurance is not provided.

Shipping rate is based on the amount of your entire order:
  • $0.00-$24.99 - $5.99 shipping
  • $25.00-$49.99 - $7.99 shipping
  • $50.00- $74.99 - $9.99 shipping
  • $75.00 and over ; FREE!!


BACKORDERS: Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of cancelling the out-of-stock items and sending the remaining items in your order OR holding off shipment of your entire order until the out-of-stock product is available and we are able to ship your order in entirety.

If you need yarn in a color or larger quantity than what we have on hand, you can contact us via the "Contact Us" link and we can create a special order for you in the quantity you desire. We reserve the right to require payment in advance on special orders.

RETURNS:All returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returns over $20 will be given store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Gift Certificates can be used for any purchase in our store: yarn, needles, notions, books or classes. All yarn must in original wrapper and in sale-able condition. NO balled or used yarns will be accepted and returns must be complete free of odors (smoke) and pet dander/hair of any sort. NO returns or exchanges on discontinued or clearance items.

Needles returns will only be accepted in case of manufacture defects, so please choose your needles with care.

We will not accept returns on patterns, books or notions.
